The Role As an Account Executive, you will be part of our EMEA Growth Team, driving new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing new clients while ensuring effective cross-selling and upselling strategies for existing accounts. You will work closely with the Product Management and Customer Success Team to maximize client engagement and long-term value. Throughout the sales lifecycle, you will analyze each client’s media and financial environment, assess the technical and economic impact of the MINT platform, and develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. Your expertise in both sales and technical solution development will be key to delivering measurable results and fostering strong, strategic growth of the company client-base. Responsibilities Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify, contact, and build relationships with new leads to capture opportunities for the company. Market Strategy & Business Expansion: Develop and execute a local market strategy to maximize sales-qualified and accepted leads. Expand market reach by building relationships and targeting untapped segments. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that maximize business value. Client Environment Analysis: conduct in-depth assessments of the client’s media and accounting environment, analyzing both technical setups and financial metrics, including ROI, media spend efficiency, and KPI tracking. Solution Development & Presentation: Work closely with internal teams to craft customized solutions that align with client business objectives, addressing both technical challenges and financial impact. Confidently present these solutions, emphasizing measurable benefits such as cost savings and performance improvements. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: work with the Product and Customer Success teams to address any potential impacts on product development or delivery timelines. Ensure solutions meet the client’s strategic and operational needs. Workshops & Demonstrations: Lead solution workshops and product demos tailored to client needs, ensuring engagement and alignment on proposed solutions. Sales Materials & Proposal Development: Draft sales presentations, commercial proposals, customized solution, negotiate pricing and contractual terms ensuring alignment with client-specific use cases and strategic objectives orchestrating the end-to-end sales cycle. Networking & Promotion: Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and promotional activities to create new opportunities and enhance brand visibility. This role will be a great fit if: You have 5-10 years of previous experience in a Client facing role, with a strong focus on technical solutions and financial analysis. You are fluent in English and another language (French and/or Italian will be considered a plus). You have a strong understanding of accounting principles and the ability to analyze financial data to build business cases. You possess technical expertise in AdTech platforms and campaign management processes. You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical and financial concepts into compelling client narratives. You are a strategic thinker with a strong sales orientation, enabling you to effectively support and contribute to successful deal closures. You are an active listener who proactively seeks innovative solutions to meet client objectives. You are detail-oriented with a focus on visually impactful presentations.
