Who are we looking for?
We are seeking aSenior Accounting Managerto join our finance department. This role involves leading the RTR accounting team in Italy through its transformation into a Service Delivery function. In the second stage, the Senior Accounting Manager will oversee the Service Delivery function for the southern region within the Financial Shared Service Center, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Lead the RTR team for the southern region through reorganization, collaborating with the EMEA leadership organization.

Manage 2:4 Service Delivery Supervisors to ensure:
: Timely and accurate completion of full sets of accounts.
: Proper conduct of SOX and external audits.
: Timely resolution of FSS issues with key stakeholders.
: Accurate tracking of cash flow forecasts.
: Approval of Blackline reconciliations.
: Timely completion of flux and trend analysis.
: Continuous improvement through monitoring KPIs and SLAs.

Coach and develop an effective team by:

: Retaining talent.
Who are You?
:
Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance.
:
10+ years of accounting/financial experience required.
:
Advanced Excel skills with experience in creating and using complex models and large data sets.

Experience with SAP (JDE and HFM are an advantage).
:
Accountant role in FSS in a large listed multinational company is desirable.
