ABOUT THE JOB
The IT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient, timely, and high-quality delivery of IT services. This role ensures that services meet business requirements and align with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with major IT suppliers. Strong organizational skills, team management abilities, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders are key to success in this position.
ABOUT YOUR TASKS
* IT Service Management: Ensure the operational continuity of IT services by monitoring and continuously improving performance of IT suppliers. That includes (but not limited to) Application Maintenance & Support, Helpdesk, Infrastructure, Operations, Cybersecurity, fix-bid projects in all areas.
* SLA Management: Ensure Service Level Agreements are met, addressing non-compliance issues, and implementing corrective actions.
* Stakeholder Relationship Management: Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., development, infrastructure, security) and external vendors to deliver IT services effectively while maintaining clear communication.
* Incident & Problem Management: Lead the management of critical incidents and recurring problems, minimizing downtime and business impact.
* Service Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for service improvement to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
* Resource Coordination: Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet service delivery requirements.
* Reporting & Metrics: Provide regular reports on service performance, including SLA compliance, incident trends, and improvement initiatives.
* Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to IT governance frameworks, compliance standards, and best practices, such as ITIL.

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience:
* Proven experience in IT service delivery or IT operations roles.
* Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
* Experience managing teams and external vendors.
* Skills:
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
* Analytical mindset with a focus on metrics and continuous improvement.
* Certifications (Preferred): ITIL Foundation or higher, PMP is a plus, or equivalent certifications.
