The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for both local and international clients. 1. Handle support requests by telephone or email.
2. Perform the first level of troubleshooting for basic or common issues.
3. Redirect more complex issues or requirements to the appropriate internal or external resources.
4. Quickly identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
5. Follow up with clients to ensure complete resolution of issues.
6. Manage the helpdesk ticketing system.
7. Provide training to users.
8. Maintain helpdesk and other relevant documentation.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
9. Holder of a University degree in a related subject.
10. Previous experience in software consulting or development will be an advantage.
11. Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal
12. High level of computer literacy.
13. Excellent analytical skills
14. Strong communication skills
15. A customer-centred approach to technical support
16. Basic understanding of enterprise business processes
17. Previous experience in software technical support will be an advantage.
