What will be your mission? As Management assistant trainee, you will be responsible for various duties in the hotel. What will you do? Work on several projects at the same time Become aware of and apply the policies and practices of the individual hotel and chain Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports Maintain controls of services and documentation procedures Help set quality assurance compliance objectives and ensure that targets are achieved Ensure procedures and quality standards are properly understood, carried out, evaluated and that modifications are investigated if necessary, performing monthly audits of standards in every department Consider the application of environmental and health and safety standards Efficiently support his/her superior(s) Perform related duties and special projects as assigned.
