Job Description
You will be part of the Sales Administration, Back Office and Service Contracts Team, reporting to the Supervisor Sales Administration, Back Office and Service Contracts. Your responsibilities include:
* Analyzing contracts agreements and managing sales contracts in Oracle ERP from creation to termination, including renewals and price increases.
* Executing billing processes, from invoice generation to dispute resolution.
* Fulfilling hardware orders from order processing to customer shipment, maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
* Investigating and resolving disputed invoices and following up on instrument orders with required actions.
* Processing purchase orders and issuing sales transaction invoices, contributing to daily management processes.
* Compiling monthly sales reports and supporting the sales department with administrative tasks as requested.
Requirements
The essential requirements of the job include:
1. A Master's or bachelor's degree in business administration, or law, with a focus on tender process being a plus.
2. Previous experience of 2 or 3 years in sales administration, or a similar role with advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
3. Familiarity with sales reports and sales records, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. A good knowledge of MS Office and additional Oracle knowledge being a plus.
5. Fluent Italian and a good level of English.
6. Characterized by a high degree of customer orientation, as well as a structured, proactive, and efficient way of working. You have a communicative, open, pragmatic personality who has a
