Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR cost Controller to join our HR team. This role will focus primarily on managing and optimising personnel costs, including salary administration, benefits, and other compensation-related activities. You will work closely with the HR and Finance teams to ensure personnel costs align with the company’s financial goals and compensation strategy, supporting overall business objectives while maintaining cost efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Support the management of personnel costs, including employee salaries, bonuses, benefits, and incentive programs, ensuring alignment with company budgets and financial goals.
* Assist in the preparation and analysis of payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
* Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to forecast personnel costs and contribute to the budgeting and financial planning processes.
* Analyse trends in personnel costs and provide insights to optimise compensation structures and improve cost efficiency.
* Monitor employee benefit costs and ensure that benefit programs are competitive and cost-effective.
* Prepare and present reports on personnel costs, highlighting variances and recommending cost-saving opportunities to senior management.
Requirements
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
1+ year experience in Planning & Control or HR Cost Control.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, a knowledge of Power BI or financial software will be a plus.
Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy when managing sensitive personnel cost data.
