The Marketing Director will be responsible for defining and executing the brand’s marketing strategy, with the goal of strengthening its positioning, increasing brand awareness, and driving business growth on a global scale. This role will lead the marketing team, developing integrated campaigns and ensuring an innovative approach aligned with the brand’s identity.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Define and implement the marketing strategy in line with the company’s vision and business objectives.
2. Oversee offline and digital marketing activities, including advertising and events.
3. Analyze the market and trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive positioning.
4. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and monitoring ROI for initiatives.
5. Collaborate with product, retail, and sales teams to ensure consistency between marketing strategy and commercial objectives.
6. Drive go to market planning to ensure the stories of the brand are consistently messaged across touchpoints.
7. Lead the marketing team, fostering skill development and promoting a dynamic and innovative work environment.
8. Manage media relations, ensuring appropriate and strategic brand coverage.
9. Collaborate with other Tom Ford verticals to leverage marketing & advertising synergies.
10. Drive trade marketing activities with wholesale and franchise partners in EMEA.
Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of experience in senior marketing roles within the fashion, luxury, or beauty industries.
2. Solid experience in branding strategies, digital marketing, and PR management.
3. Strategic mindset and long-term vision.
4. Strong budget management skills, especially in resource allocation.
5. Strategic vision and leadership abilities to guide teams and complex projects.
6. Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and data-driven strategy definition.
7. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
8. Empathetic individual capable of working effectively across different regions and departments.
9. Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
10. Willingness to travel for meetings and international events.
