This role requires up to 50% domestic travel (typically two weeks per month), but with full flexibility to manage your own travel schedule. [Remote] Franchise Operations Manager Responsibilities
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees
2. Provide operational support and guidance
3. Coach franchisees and their teams on key business areas, including leadership, marketing, sales, production, and financials
4. Organize and lead meetings to drive brand growth and revenue
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees
6. Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and growth initiatives
7. Contribute to the creation of marketing, sales, operational, and training strategies
8. Lead monthly peer groups of franchisees to foster collaboration and best practices
9. Inspire and motivate franchisees to achieve business success
10. Plan and execute franchise events to strengthen engagement and communication
11. Conduct regular check-ins, field visits, and financial performance reviews
12. Oversee regional, national, and cooperative training sessions
13. Handle additional responsibilities as needed, using sound judgment
14. Travel to each franchise bi-monthly

1. Bachelor’s Degree required
2. 3+ years of franchise operations experience required
3. 5+ years of business operations experience required
4. 1+ years of sales experience required
5. Leadership/managerial experience required
