The House offers 39 unique rooms, each furnished with antiques from the family collection, a regenerative spa of 1,200 metres, and four restaurants: Le Petit Bellevue, the Bar à Fromage restaurant de montagne, and the Brasserie du Bon Bec. The award-winning wine cellar, cheese cellar, circular vegetable garden, and bakery complete the House, part of the Relais & Châteaux Association. Reporting to the Pastry Chef, the resource deals with: Basic preparations, leavened products, bread, and desserts (desserts, sorbets, and parfaits) and serving dishes. Reading and interpreting recipes and technical documentation, choosing the raw and auxiliary materials while respecting quality standards and foreseeing necessary quantities. Taking care of the warehouse and cold rooms (deadlines, temperature, cleaning). Setting up and keeping the workplace clean. Minimum Requirements: Diploma / qualification / specialization courses. Experience in the role of at least one year gained in restaurants, hotels, laboratories, and/or Relais & Châteaux. Italian Fluent. Knowledge of cooking and food preservation techniques.
