We are a specialized company in the ophthalmic sector looking for a front office staff member.
The main responsibilities of this role will be:
1. To book appointments with clients;
2. To coordinate bookings and schedules;
3. To welcome clients and suppliers;
4. To provide information to clients;
5. To handle phone calls and monitor emails.
To be considered, you will need:
1. A high school diploma;
2. Customer orientation skills;
3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer software;
4. Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills;
5. Prior experience as a receptionist (preferably one year or more).
