Drive Commercial Performance Lead the restaurant's business strategy, ensuring strong financial performance and guest satisfaction in connection with the F&, D Manager. Collaborate with the Commercial &, Marketing team to boost visibility through marketing and social media. Optimizing revenue and controlling costs. Manage reservations efficiently to maximize covers and revenue. 2. Deliver Outstanding Food &, Beverage Work closely with the Chef restaurant to create compelling menus and promotions. Champion Hilton's sustainability goals through responsible sourcing and waste reduction. Maintain high food and service standards, ensuring consistency and excellence. 3. Create Exceptional Guest Experiences Lead the team to deliver warm, personalized, and knowledgeable service. Build strong customer relationships, recognizing repeat guests and special occasions. Manage online reputation, responding to guest feedback and driving positive reviews. Ensure dietary requirements and allergies are handled with the utmost care. 4. Foster a Great Working Environment Inspire, train, and develop your team, creating an inclusive and motivated workplace. We seek an inspirational leader with a passion for food and beverage and at least two years' experience in a similar role. International experience in both hotel and high volumes trendy restaurant is a plus. To thrive in this role, you'll need: A commercial mindset, with a proven track record in driving revenue and profitability. Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in coaching and team development. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging guests, team members, and key stakeholders. A customer-focused approach, dedicated to delivering unforgettable dining experiences. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the resilience to thrive under pressure.
