Job Description
The resource will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company objectives under the supervision of the Director of Marketing.
* Conducting in-depth market research for trends, competitors, and opportunities.
* Planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, print, and events. Monitoring and reporting campaign performance, making adjustments based on data.
* Developing engaging and persuasive content for various marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
* Ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels.
* Contributing to the development of brand guidelines and maintaining brand integrity.
* Staying up to date on digital marketing trends and leveraging digital channels to maximize brand visibility. Managing online advertising, SEO, and social media campaigns.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or similar.
* Proven experience in marketing in luxury hotels of at least two to three years.
* Fluent in English and good second language.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
* Creative mindset.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic working environment.
Additional Information
Fixed-term contract of one year with the possibility of conversion to permanent contract.
Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday with one day off in the Season, two out of the Season.
