Responsibilities:
1. Oversees all aspects of the financial management of the property while supporting all HOD’s and departments on all matters related to finance including annual budget preparation, daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, compliance with all internal financial accounting policies and procedures.
2. Develops and maintains all financial accounting systems for accounts payable, receivable, credit control, and petty cash.
3. Works closely with clubs internal/external auditors for compliance and supports all HOD’s on revenue management/control.
4. Assigned projects: Besides general accounting, works with GM on strategic plan, pre-opening budget and monthly reports, Capex plan and asset register setup, and monthly cost-saving & revenue generation reports.
Job Requirements
1. Age max 42 years old
2. Hold minimum Bachelor Degree of Accounting/Finance/Management
3. Proven working experience as a Finance Controller
4. 3+ years of overall combined accounting & finance experience
5. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
6. Preferably have experience in Golf Business or Hospitality
