As part of the Global Group HR team and reporting directly to the Group HR, you will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives and functions with business needs. You will work directly with teams, managers, and key stakeholders to help build organization and people capability, and shape and implement effective people strategies and activities within the Group. Your responsibilities will include: Provide guidance to managers on employee engagement, talent development, and performance management. Develop data-driven solutions, including data analysis from stay/exit interviews, turnover rates, hiring trends, employee surveys, and wellbeing. Partner with talent acquisition and mobility teams, focusing on onboarding process, talent and career management, mobility, and succession planning. Support managers and employees focusing on career path, training, employee relations, compensation, and conflict management. Facilitate organizational initiatives building capabilities to support ongoing business growth, connecting all employees to the bigger picture, helping leaders create a positive employee experience. Support organizational changes, including coordination and facilitation of communication plans, training, and related activities. Profile: 2 years of HR and/or project management experience.
