Mission
RINA is looking for a Mechanical design engineer to expand our Aerospace team based in MILAN (Italy)
Job Responsabilities
1. Design and develop 3D models and detailed drawings using CATIA V5.
2. Create and modify complex assemblies and parts to meet project specifications.
3. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize product designs.
4. Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to ensure design integrity and performance
5. Generate and manage technical documentation, including design reports and BOMs (Bill of Materials)
6. Perform tolerance analysis and ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices
7. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues and implement corrective actions
8. Participate in design reviews and provide technical support throughout the product development cycle
9. Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Qualifications
10. Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
11. Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, structural analysis, and materials
12. Knowledge of 3D CAD software CATIA v5 (mandatory)
13. manage the drafting and production of as-built drawings
14. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
15. Previous working experience in aerospace or avionic sector
16. Appreciated knowledge and experience in FEM tools amd algorithms implementation through Python programming language and/or Matlab
17. Proficiency in MS Office suite.
18. Excellent problem-solving skills
19. Fluent in spoken and written English.
20. Strong organizational and time management abilities.
21. Demonstrated capability to perform effectively under pressure.
22. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
