Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Medical Director in patient management.
2. Select the appropriate dialysis method, suitable devices, and personalize treatment based on the patient's condition.
3. Select therapy to ensure high-quality patient care.
4. Handle all medical situations and issues presented or encountered while performing duties and, when necessary, seek consultations or arrange patient transfers to other healthcare facilities.
5. Collaborate with nurses during patient dialysis sessions, including initiation and termination of treatment.
6. Conduct critical reviews of all reports or healthcare activities in the facility, ensuring quality and compliance with applicable guidelines and standards.
7. Perform necessary medical assessments for patient admissions and complete health-related formalities.
8. Prepare, maintain, and update medical records and records specific to each patient under care.
Requirements:
1. Professional registration
2. Knowledge of the Italian language (English language is a plus)
