Responsibility:
* Solve customers’ technical problems and complaints promptly.
* Collaborate with Sales & Technical Support Specialists etc in troubleshooting problems.
* Run correlation studies and validations in coordination with the customer if/as required;
Conduct Customer training.
* Visit clients regularly and feedback customers' information to sales team.
* Participate in regional and national conference calls by updating technical issues.
* Other task arranged by the company
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or above in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy or other related subject, master degree would be more preferred.
* Minimum 3 years experience worked in IVD Application area, like immunology, biochemistry or molecular, immunology will be preferred;
* Able to use English as working language;
* Good communication skills and hard working.
