RINA is currently recruiting for a Vendor Inspections Procurement Junior Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the International Procurement Division.
Mission
Ensure accurate data management, efficient supplier qualification, and effective handling of Framework Agreements within the VI&E business, supporting operational excellence and compliance.
Key Accountabilities
1. Performing reliable data entry in the RINA Group’s ERP for the Vendor Inspection & Expediting (VI&E) business.
2. Receiving the qualification requests for suppliers performing VI&E activities, collecting all the relevant documents according to the RINA Group’s policies and procedures, and activating the Supplier’s qualification in RINA’s ERP.
3. Managing the Framework Agreements for VI&E activities according to the RINA Group’s policies and procedures: finalizing the agreement’s drafts, collecting the signatures of the RINA Director and the Supplier, and properly setting up and storing the agreement in RINA’s ERP.
4. Guarantee periodic reports to RINA HQ.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics
Qualifications
5. College/University bachelor’s degree, preferably in Technical Subjects/Accounting and related/Law/Political Science.
6. Proficiency in the English language.
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
8. Quick taking charge of the received requests
9. Precise and reliable data entry.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
11. Critical thinking.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. It requires strong cooperation with the International Procurement Team and the internal clients.
