Role Overview
As part of the Marketing department and the Retail Marketing Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
* Deploy in-store activation related to Sephora institutional animations, gifting moments, and brand launches
* Manage the institutional opening and reopening events
* Monitor the execution and results of Beauty services
* Identify and collect retail needs to develop tools/activation of differentiation
Key Responsibilities
* Activations – Institutional animation: Coordination of activations, briefing hostesses/stewards, alignment with stores and agencies
* Supervision of materials and in-store setups. Launch of activations and management of photo/video content
* Redemption analysis and feedback collection
* Opening and Remodeling Events: Participation in kick-off meetings, definition of setups, and consumer activities
* Coordination of pre/post-event animations and in-store services
* Alignment with marketing, e-commerce, and sales teams
* Supervision of materials, activation launches, KPI analysis, and feedback collection
Service Management
* In-store communication: material adaptations, sharing with stores and warehouses
* Online booking: touchpoint definition, KPI monitoring, and reservation management
* Training: sharing guidelines and attending training sessions
* Service launch follow-up: tracking verification, materials, and digital tools
* Monitoring and Optimization: Updating materials and Service Book
* Performance analysis and improvement actions
* In-store execution control
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
* Experience in retail marketing, events, or trade marketing
* Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and KPIs
* Excellent coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in English and proficient in Microsoft Office
