SAP Support will be part of the E-Services organization, a De’Longhi Group Company that offers 360° IT Services to the De’Longhi Group and to third part Clients.
We are open to considering a full remote placement, a smart working placement with a foothold at our new coworking space in downtown Turin, or a placement at our Treviso HQ.
In the Application team, reporting to the SAP Support Manager, he/she will have a responsibility in the AMS field (Assistance Maintenance Service).
Main Responsibilities
1. Providing support for SAP IBP-DP & IBP-RS, troubleshoot and resolve issues & requests within targeted SLA;
2. Act as point of contact to analyze and fix application and system issues, ensuring SAP services are available and reliable to meet business expectation;
3. Manages incidents reported by user and follow-up promptly;
4. Working closely with different teams (ex: basis, Abap, functional) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely;
5. Assist business users in gathering requirement and preparation of Change Request application;
6. Prepare functional specification and carry out necessary review with business and functional team;
7. Carry out Unit Test, System Integration Test, and its related documentation;
8. Support user in carrying out User Acceptance;
9. Participate in deployment to production and post deployment support;
10. Update system documentation and training documents/user manual;
11. Provide training to users;
12. Prepare internal presentation and proposal whenever necessary.
Job Profile
Qualifications:
- Master Degree in Computer Science Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Management Engineering or Computer Science
- Relevant experience of IBP module and RTI integration in a Company and/or in a consulting firm.
Skills:
- Experienced SAP IBP module configuration skill and RTI integration
- Understanding of ABAP language;
- Service Management;

- Ability to work independently on assigned projects and activities with agreed deadlines;
