RINA is currently recruiting for a Industry Talent Recruiter to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Industry Technical Recruitment Division.
Mission
The recruiter, under the support of senior recuiters and in collaboration with the local Head of Human Resources, is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success throughout the organization. This will be achieved through the execution of the annual recruiting plan, employing traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting strategies to respond to the market.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure that RINA has access to the widest possible pool of candidates to choose from;
Support the TR manager in the definition and monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting technical recruitment procedures;
Ensure timely selection & recruitment process (from CV screening to hiring people), as per hiring management request;
Stay current on the Business Unit's organization structure, personnel policy, and laws regarding employment practices serving as a liaison with agencies, colleges, and industry associations completing timely reports on employment activity in the Business Unit;
Ensure the protection of personal data processed;
Promote proactive and offline campaigns to create a pool of prospective resources to react to any new job requests or tenders as they arise;
Daily recruitment activities: job posting, scouting in external databases, CVs screening, interviews with both junior and experienced candidates;
Technically qualifying the potential candidates assigning the relevant competencies and disciplines;
Initiate administrative qualification and contracting of NES and agencies;
Interact with procurement focal point to solve eventual issue and close out the procurement topics (updating opus accordingly);
Serve as a liaison with agencies and high school/universities;
Support the Business managers when they are not able to find by themselves suitable candidates fulfilling the External Customer’s requests.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or Psychology
Qualifications
- new entry level or minimum recruitment experience with engineering, consulting or professional services field strongly preferred
- Confident in situational agility such that adjusts approach based on the situation and learns from experiences to pivot accordingly in a dynamic environment
- Have the aptitude to interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization and with people of varying backgrounds
- Knowledge of all relevant HR laws and regulatory requirements
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
