Job Description:
Responsibilities
1. Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support for the sales team;
2. Assist customers in fault analysis and troubleshooting via telephone or email;
3. Analyze related data and assist in improving data accuracy and customer satisfaction;
4. Communicate with other departments and report product issues promptly;
5. Travel to provide on-site support and training to distributors and installers;
6. Attend industry conferences and events;
7. Other duties assigned by superiors.
Qualifications
1. Background in science, preferably in electricity & electrical engineering;
2. At least three years of relevant work experience, preferably in the renewable energy industry;
3. Serious attitude, sense of responsibility, strong resilience to pressure;
4. Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and good customer service awareness.
