Job Description:
An IT company is looking for an HR Officer to join its team in the human resources department.
The main tasks are:
1. Managing personnel (hours, permissions, holidays, illnesses, training courses),
2. Managing relationships between employees and management,
3. Conducting job interviews.
The ideal candidate will also interact with the management and temporary agencies.
We require:
1. A high school diploma or degree in humanities, economics, and/or administration,
2. Excellent communication skills,
3. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages,
4. Excellent organizational skills.
