This position is part of the Business Support Department located in Milan (Cassina de' Pecchi) with the possibility of flexible work modalities for work-life balance. You will be a part of the Sales Administration, Back Office and Service Contracts Team.
The role of the Sales Administration Coordinator involves:
* Analyzing contracts agreements and managing sales contracts in Oracle ERP from creation to termination, including renewals and price increases.
* Executing billing processes, from invoice generation to dispute resolution.
* Fulfilling hardware orders from order processing to customer shipment, maintaining and updating sales and customer records.
* Investigating and resolving disputed invoices and following up on instrument orders with required actions.
* Processing purchase orders and issuing sales transaction invoices, contributing to daily management processes.
* Compiling monthly sales reports and supporting the sales department with administrative tasks as requested.
The essential requirements of the job include:
* A Master's or bachelor's degree in business administration, or law, with a focus on tender process being a plus.
* Previous experience of 2 or 3 years in sales administration, or a similar role with advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
* Familiarity with sales reports and sales records, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* A good knowledge of MS Office and additional Oracle knowledge being a plus.
* Fluent Italian and a good level of English.
* Characterized by a high degree of customer orientation, a structured, proactive, and efficient way of working. A communicative, open, pragmatic personality who has a 'hands-on' mentality and likes to work in a team.
