For a pharmaceutical company, we are looking for a PLANT HR BUSINESS PARTNER who will follow the implementation both of regional and local HR key initiatives and projects for manufacturing and commercial sites.
Responding directly to the Italian HR Director and dotted to the Plant Manager, the role acts as first level advisor for the relations employees on specific issues: recruitment, training & development and HR administration.
KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance & Talent Management
1. Coordinates the Performance Management process (procedures, templates, timelines, …)
2. Supports managers in the management of talents and poor performers
Recruiting & training
3. Collects Organization’s recruitment needs.Ensures the correct answer to recruitment needs managing the entire selection and recruitment process
4. Drafts employment contracts and negotiates the offer until managers’ level
5. Supports managers in the training needs’ analysis to determine local training requirements
6. Organizes training sessions and implements training plans
Rewarding & Recognition
7. Coordinates and supports the following processes
8. Salary benchmarking and salary review process
Employee Relations and HR Operations
9. Ensures that local HR data are up to date and provides report on Key HR metrics for business evaluations.
10. Provides information and response to query to employees on HR administration topics as policies, payslips, labor contracts.
11. Supports managers and supervisors in people management topics as performance management, grievance and disciplinary procedures.
12. Managing the Trade Unions relationship.
REQUIREMENTS
13. University Degree HR Qualification
14. Fluent written and spoken English
15. 4 years of experience in Multinational companies (manufacturing/ pharma preferred)
16. Experience of operating in a continuous process improvement environment
17. Car Owner
