Renewals Sales Executive – Hybrid role
We require a passionate, energetic, and commercially minded Renewals Sales Executive who wishes to develop their sales career within the IT sector. The candidate should have excellent attention to detail and thrive on work that is often fast-paced and challenging.
As Renewals Business Development Executive at our North London Wembley office you will:
* Proactively contact resellers to find information about renewal uptake
* Analyse renewal data and grow the renewal rate/recurring business for managed vendors
* Ask probing and exploratory questions to understand customer requirements / pain points
* Constantly find opportunities to upsell to our resellers
* Ensure that every effort is made to increase renewal retention and maximize all opportunities
* Upgrade versions and cross sell products when discussing renewals with customers
* Maintain databases including records within our internal systems/ERP
* Build strong relationships with vendors and customers
* Achieve quarterly and monthly targets/KPI’s
The ideal Renewals Executive / Sales Executive will have the following qualities:
* Minimum of 12 months proactive targeted sales experience (Telesales / Outbound Sales)
* Strong interpersonal and excellent telephone communication skills, with the ability to build business relationships at all levels
* Positive, proactive self-starter, with a can-do attitude
* Ability to work to / exceed targets, and close
* Excellent time management and organisation skills
* Highly literate in most Microsoft packages
* Clear spoken and written English is essential
* High attention to detail supported by strong numerical skills

The role is a mix of home working and office-based days, candidates should therefore have a reasonable commute to our Wembley office. Working hours 9.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
