ICT Project Manager:
Within the MSC Technology structure, the Project Manager for the Medlog division will assist the Company in defining and implementing the IT landscape, ensuring seamless integration and compliance with the industry standards and security measures.
The role is based on planning roadmap by leading the implementation of technology and transversal projects, which are used to develop and run the new global and enterprise-wide Information System to be delivered by the Program.
The scope of activities of the project management includes all the project management responsibilities, a wide understanding of enterprise IT technologies plus service management-oriented mindset. As such, he/she will have to work in collaboration with various MSC Technology Teams worldwide.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
IT Landscape Definition:
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define the overall IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of current or proposed IT solutions, identifying gaps, risks and recommending improvements.
* Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to drive the development of a robust and scalable IT architecture to support current and future business needs.
Software Implementation:
* Contribute to the evaluation, selection and implementation of software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet business requirements.
* Participate in proof of concepts when required.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new software into existing systems.
* Oversee the customization and configuration of software to align with business processes.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
* Proven 10+ years’ experience (with minimum 5 years leadership) in a similar role within the Air Cargo industry.
* Strong knowledge of IT architectures, systems integration, and software development methodologies.
* Knowledge of industry leader IT solutions as Logistic Software Applications (WMS/TMS).
* Preferred Knowledge of CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Experience with mergers and acquisitions, specifically integrating IT systems.
* Excellent project management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across different departments in a multicultural environment.
* Ability to think strategically, establish clear direction and implement plans to be delivered within a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
