Role Overview:
The HR Project Manager shall focus on supporting key transformational projects, from planning and design to execution, implementation, and post-project analysis, customer centricity, HRIS, and reporting KPIs linked to BATA global business objectives across all Regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and execute HR projects from initiation to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Support on OneTeam HR initiatives, working on Business and Functional Organization Design.
* Support on Retail Transformation initiatives including training, LMS, incentive plans, etc.
* Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
* Serve as the main point of contact between HR and the SAP implementation team. Conduct trainings, create documentation and provide ongoing support on non-tech issues.
* Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure projects meet the needs of the business.
* Prepare regular reports on project status, budget, and risks for senior management.
* Analyse project outcomes and document best practices for future projects.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an HR Project Manager, with 3-8 years in project management.
* Knowledge and experience on HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors is a plus)
* Strong understanding of HR processes, including employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits, talent management, etc.
* Nice-to-have: Retail exposure
* Degree/Diploma in HR, Project Management or Strategy
