Business Development Consultant – Cybersecurity B2B
Remote | Contract | Focus on Italy and Central Europe
3-6 months collaboration with possible extension
Blue Networks is a company specializing in B2B Cybersecurity, with solid experience in Europe and Africa. We are expanding our business internationally and looking for an expert in Business Development & Account-Based Marketing (ABM) to help us validate the market and define our growth strategy.
What You Will Do
You will be part of a strategic project for our international expansion. Your role will be crucial in:
1. Analyzing and validating the international market, with a focus on Italy and Central Europe.
2. Defining our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and buyer personas in the Cybersecurity sector.
3. Developing a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy with a focus on ABM and B2B lead generation.
4. Identifying business opportunities and strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.
5. Overseeing and supporting the testing phase of communication and initial sales activities.
6. Setting guidelines for Brand Identity and communication strategy, to be developed in a later phase.
Minimum Requirements
Experience in Business Development and GTM Strategy for Small and Medium Enterprises.
Advanced knowledge of ABM, lead generation, and international B2B marketing.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM (Odoo, HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation.
Strong market and competitor analysis skills to identify growth opportunities.
Proven networking experience with decision-makers (CISO, IT Director, CEO) and understanding of the B2B sales cycle.
Experience in European markets is a plus.
Fluent English, and proficient in Italian. Additional languages are a plus.
