Within our Guest Experience department, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in designing new Land Experiences and fine-tuning options already in our portfolio to ensure authenticity, memorability, and distinctiveness as well as fully respecting the new Brand Positioning and related USPs.

How youll live your ambition:
From our offices in Genoa, as a Land Experience Specialist you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing new and strategic land experiences.
Within the Guest Experience department, you will have the opportunity to exert significant influence in designing excursions, improving and finding innovative solutions for the management of itineraries and land experiences.
Demonstrate your passion
* You will design and implement new and strategic land experiences
* You will keep commercial relationships with worldwide tour operators and partners.
* You will identify and develop Land Experiences narratives and concepts
Get things right
* you will be able to negotiate and sourcing the new strategic products
* you will be able to constantly acquire information on new touristic trends and new opportunities in the different destinations
* You will be able to manage the continuously fine-tuning of existing products based on inspection trips, guests, and tour operators feedback
* You will be able to highlight your analytical skills by analyzing cost and revenue trends

What makes you unique
* An academic background in Hospitality and Tourism Management, in Languages and Cultures for Business and Tourism, in Economics has been your starting point.
* Your experience in the tourism field, travel agencies, and tour operators will be essential
* Having excellent communication skills, you will promote an environment of open and transparent communication, essential for our collective success and cross-department collaboration.
* Willingness to travel to monitor the shorex guest experience and delivery.
* You have a good knowledge of the MS Office package.
* As a global citizen, you embrace diversity and communicate fluently in English, and, preferably, a second foreign language.
