Become a critical member for Reporting & Analytics related to the Supply Chain to ensure the satisfaction of the Business needs. The Group FP&A interrn's role is to assist the team in the analysis and control of Group KPIs. This role will foresee the usage of PowerBI, Excel, PPT, and an overall understanding of some business function's systems and tools and should facilitate the adoption and the continuous improvment of the implemented reports.
To support the team on Financial planning and analysis
1. To provide support in preparing analysis on COGs variances per function and origin
2. Collaborate with DR&A team to ensure global reporting enhancement
3. Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
4. Languages: Italian; Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of another language is a plus.
5. Strong acumen in quantitative analytics and structured problem-solving.
6. Ability to make recommendations based on financial data analysis.
7. Highly analytical, and detail-oriented with advanced financial modelling and reporting skills.
8. Experience in project management tools and techniques.
9. Proficiency in Accounting.
10. Knowledge of financial practices
11. MS Office suite expert user (pptx, docx, xlsx)
12. PowerBI user
13. Pragmatic, hands-on approach, problem solver (including potential conflicts across different functions members)
