Primary Role: We are looking for a Sales Driven Representative for Ethiopian Airlines in the market.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage key accounts by meeting with clients virtually, on the phone, or during sales visits.
* Negotiate and manage contracts and support commercial requests.
* Attend conferences, trade exhibitions, events, and present and deliver presentations on company & product to the travel trade and key customers.
* Maintain accurate records and reporting.
* Monitor market trends, sales performance, and market potential to propose best practice and adapt sales and commercial strategies.
Key Skills:
* Diploma/Degree related to travel trade studies (business administration, tourism, economics, communication, or related fields).
* Professional experience in sales in the travel sector with a minimum of 3 years experience. Airline experience will be preferred.
* Self-motivated, resilient with strong communication skills.
* Ability to influence and negotiate with great follow-up.
* Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory.
* Knowledge of industry distribution tools such as GDS and other analytical systems.
* IT skills and full user of MS Office programs.
* Be available to travel within and outside the Italian territory.
* Driving license and car.
