As a Field Application Specialist, you'll be the bridge between our innovative research portfolio and our valued customers in Italy. You'll leverage your deep scientific expertise to: Empower Researchers: Provide expert sales and post-sales support, both in the field and remotely, for Miltenyi's Research product line. Collaborate on Scientific Projects and build lasting customer relationships: Partner with researchers to develop and optimize their experimental workflows, driving scientific breakthroughs. Provide ongoing technical and application support, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Deliver Engaging Presentations & Training: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, technical seminars, and on-site customer training to showcase the power of our technologies. Support Tender Processes: Prepare precise and comprehensive technical documentation for tender submissions. Foster Collaborative Partnerships: Work closely with local sales and support teams to expand our reach and support shared accounts. Become an expert on our technology: Master our MACS immuno-magnetic separation and flow cytometry technologies. Minimum Requirements: PhD in Natural Sciences: A doctorate in biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or medicine. Hands-on Lab Experience: Minimum 3 years of practical experience in a biology lab, ideally in immunology, oncology, or neurology and demonstrated experience with MACS technology and flow cytometry. Market Awareness (Bonus): Solid understanding of the life science market within academia, pharma, or biotech. Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You are based in central northern Italy (ideally in the Bologna area or Verona, Milan, Turin) and willing to travel extensively (up to 80%). A valid driver's license is mandatory for this role.
