The candidate application data is kept on the career site servers and sent en-mass back to the Workday tenant when the user clicks submit on the last step. Once the user hits submit, we make POST requests with that data to multiple REST end-points sending the job application back to the Workday tenant. The system will clear out / time out after 60 minutes of inactivity (for records that were not submitted back to Workday).

In this position, you will carry out process audits, while at the same time analyzing and collecting data in close co-operation with our Product and Sales professionals. You will file mechanical reports and process diagnosis to external customers and/or to internal customers for sales, project, and R&D purposes.
Together with our Cost Estimation Department, you will provide technical support to both Sales and delivery process by continuously developing and identifying high-quality solutions within Valmet technologies and products will be key for your success.
In addition, you will be developing and cherishing long-term relations with our customers, opening new compelling offerings between them and the company.
Your main tasks and responsibilities will be:
* Carry out mill audits, analyze collected data, prepare final reports, presentations and submit recommended solutions to the customer’s needs.
* Identify improvement areas to prompt subsequent sales opportunities and prevent repeated mistakes by keeping all the documents properly updated.
* Drive the creation of product strategy including the research and development.
* Competitiveness and sustainability (safety) of product.
* Responsibility of growth and profitability initiatives.
* Leadership of the global product team (including the area product managers).
* Market share and competitor follow-up.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Engineering University degree.
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
* Good command of safety norms relevant to industrial equipment.
* Ability to convert customer needs, concerns, and opportunities into proposals.
* Good interactive skills building relationships with customers (both internal and external).
* Relationship skills in a matrix, multi-cultural, international environment.
* Excellent command of English and Italian, spoken and written.
* Knowledge of the paper production process will be appreciated.
* Willingness and ability to travel.
