Your Role
As an Associate, you will be immersed in some of the world's most captivating transaction projects. Your responsibilities will include managing project work streams, building client relationships, providing technical, analytical, and reporting assistance, as well as mentoring and coaching junior team members.
You can expect to contribute to financial due diligence, valuations, and business plans, with the possibility of working on other projects like strategy or dispute resolution. Each project will require your input to summarize findings in presentations and reports.

Key Activities
* Independently manage projects (analysis, deliverables, time, and budget).
* Structure analyses for less experienced team members and review their work for quality, consistency, and completeness.
* Triangulate and cross-check information provided or calculations performed.
* Identify key issues and develop solutions for main project risks or issues; summarize findings to directors/partners.
* Organize report sections and draft presentations.
* Establish client relationships and communicate effectively with managers/directors or engagement partners.
* Provide support in training analysts on internal/external technical standards and industry developments.
* Show efficient organization when handling multiple assignments.
