JOB DESCRIPTIONICT PLANT MANAGERPer nostro Importante Cliente ricerchiamo un ICT Plant Manager, con le seguenti caratteristiche.Role: ICT Plant ManagerPosition SummaryRepresent the professional reference for plant users for first-level analyzes and interventions, possibly involving supplier application support and managing escalation both in the event of problems and requests for improvement.Manages the relationship between the ICT HQ, Plant department and ICT suppliers.Guarantees the applications of guidelines and standards for ICT Operations Management and User Support Process, monitoring the process performance.Guarantee good level of service about the ICT applications/services running in the Plant.DutiesMaintain the regular functioning of the information systems and infrastructures of the plant, guaranteeing the service levels established. Therefore, among the various activities:Monitoring of application processes, servers, local and geographic data network.Configuration of the hardware used and replacement in case of failures.Data backup and possible recovery of data and application databases.Installation and configuration of client applications on PC and support for office automation problems.Configuration of the hardware used in the workshop (terminals, printers, laser guns, etc.) and replacement in case of failures.Translates local business demands/needs into clear ICT demands.Drive process innovation and organisational change for a specific set of processes as part of an ICT initiative.Support the evaluation of the package modification vs. process modification (drawing the differentiation line between maintenance projects and new projects).Manage the local implementation launch of ICT Systems for new programs.PROFILEEducation: Bachelor’s Degree or above (Computer Science or Information Technology Systems, or equivalent technical skills).Experience: 6+ years related experience, preferably in a big multinational environment.Languages: Good command of written and spoken English and French; Italian is considered a plus.Professional SkillsUnderstands the delivery of ICT services and processes.Basic understanding of ICT architecture/standards.Good understanding of security issues:Data Security standards and procedures.Cybersecurity standards, technologies and infrastructures.General knowledge of computer hardware, network infrastructure and cloud.Understanding of mainly industrial processes (Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality) and main support systems.Understanding Automotive/Powertrain specific processes.General knowledge of big data and industry 4.0.General knowledge of trends in technology related to MRP, ERP, MES, Shop Floor System, Business Intelligence systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).Soft SkillsAdaptability and willingness to meet user needs, with the aim of improving their productivity.Organizational skills to carry out multiple projects at the same time.Creativity to find new technical solutions.Integrity.Ability to communicate at all levels across the Company.Ability to coach people towards their full potential, providing candid feedback, setting high performance standards and giving them the freedom to act.Goal oriented.Good knowledge of English is mandatory.Sede di lavoro: Italia - Puglia – Foggia
