Job Description
The Omni-Shopper Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and execution of shopper programs, and go-to-market activities to achieve the brand's short and long term business objectives.
The role will champion the shopper marketing capability and ensure application against category, customer and Colgate brand strategies through the development of shopper insights and programs.
Responsibilities
* Full lifecycle campaign management (digital, media, in-store, print)
* Lead market planning, budget development and implementation to align brand strategies with customer business models
* Develop new product/promotion sell-in presentations that fit customer strategies and performance objectives by providing input on category perspective and plans within customer guidelines
* Strategize, develop and execute growth driving promotional programs and events, on & off-line
* Develop creative briefs, processes and communication vehicles
* Develop in-store & digital displays, associate education and brand message strategy
* Identify brand positioning and brand building activities and turn insight into actions
* Analyze and report on market trends and present measurable recommendations to senior management
* Key resource to the Sales team sharing best practices that help drive growth and shopper engagement
* Collaborate with Media team to develop and execute customer-specific co-op media investments and partnerships
* Lead customer CRM program activation, including program development, execution and program measurement
* Manage creative agency/vendor relationships, budgets, P&L, KPI and post campaign reporting
* Execute Omni-channel test and learns, including a/b creative, offers; segment targeting, social and mobile platform tactics
* Performs other duties as assigned
* Complies with all policies and standards
Requirements
* Bachelor/Master's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing
* At least 4 years of experience in a Commercial or Shopper Marketing role
* Fluent in Italian and English
