The resource will be part of the Factoring and Export Finance Function. Responsibilities: Review and negotiate contracts and associated documentation with financial counterparties to ensure compliance with internal policies and standards; Support operational activities related to factoring, supply chain finance, and export finance transactions; Maintain continuous interaction with Group companies, project teams, other relevant internal functions, and financial counterparties; Prepare and deliver reports for Top Management, providing timely insights and analysis as required; Maintain and manage relationships with financial counterparties. QUALIFICATION: Master’s degree in Law, Economics or a related field; KNOWLEDGE OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE: Fluent in English (both written and spoken); LABOUR RELATIONSHIP: Permanent contract; YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within a multinational company or financial institution; IT SKILLS: MS Office package and SAP will be a plus; SOFT SKILLS: Detail-oriented, punctual, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively, with excellent analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively, show initiative and curiosity, and maintain a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment; Priority is given to the inclusion of protected categories.
