As Galley Service Engineer in our Lifecycle Services Division, you will hold the key responsibility of executing and supervising ALMACO service interventions.
Additionally, you will also hold the following specific responsibilities:
* Conduct onboard visits to assess inquiries and help customers express their needs.
* Participate, with Maintenance Coordinators, in the planning of interventions.
* Perform service interventions with ALMACO families of products (Catering and Accommodation)
* Training maintenance and operative staff on board
* Support Spare Parts and Product Divisions
* Participate in Lifecycle Services portfolio development (Maintenance kits database, installation kits, digital tools content, reports, planning, etc.)
To be successful in this position, we will need to have
* Maintenance experience
* Fluent English
* Interpersonal communication and cooperation skills
* Customer care skills
* Knowledge of company quality system and processes
* Galley/ Industruial kitchen know how
* Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project
