Role:
We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician with experience in Printer / 3D Printer Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies.
You are directly onsite with our customers and working on incoming tickets of your users:
* Diagnose 3D printing issues
* Receive and confirm unites received
* Prepare goods for outbound
* Report and maintain the work order in the internal IT systems
* Reporting
* Review and track processes
Location:
Venezia - fully onsite
Requirements:
* Good English
* Attention to details
* Excellent time management skill
* Experience in OS, Apps and H/W installation and troubleshooting depending on project products
* Excellent time management skill
* Ability to build relationships
