Position Description
We are looking for a highly reliable, hard-working HR Intern, who will support different departments in handling HR processes.
HR Onboarding Specialist responsibilities include:
* Communicating company and position details to new hires before their start date
* Gathering the necessary paperwork and scheduling first days
* Creating a knowledge base (guidelines) for each company's department
* Liaising with the supervisors of each department to create the content that will go in the knowledge base
* Redesigning Siciliamia onboarding process and courses
* Helping with the first CV screening of potential candidates
* Writing job descriptions

* Familiarity with HR processes & methods
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally

Responsibilities of the HR Intern
* Create guidelines for the company's departments
* Improve the company's onboarding courses and process
* Distribute manuals, passwords and guidelines, as needed
* Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software
* Inform employees and interns on their first tasks (e.g. which programs to download and how to activate their accounts)
* Introduce team members
