We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager with expertise in electrical system design, inspection, testing, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with a proven track record of designing and improving electrical system maintenance programs and policies, proficient in creating roadmaps for the standardization and centralization of installation, commissioning, and inspection processes, and has the ability to perform in-depth analysis of trends in electrical system reports and internal/external audit findings related to electrical and related risks. Key Job Responsibilities Use electrical distribution expertise to develop programs, projects, and network initiatives. Provide subject matter expertise in electrical distribution for protective relaying, switchgear, power transformers, power quality, complex electrical design and retrofits, root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, and any need that may arise within the global electrical engineering team. Support annual budgeting cycles and planning. Develop and improve maintenance programs and policies for electrical systems at warehouse locations, including audits of existing programs in compliance with local codes and global standards. Perform detailed calculations to establish standards and specifications. Inspect installations and observe operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications. Support operations, construction, and other relevant departments with electrical engineering expertise. Audit electrical systems to identify deviations and corrective actions. Monitor trends in electrical system maintenance reports, and escalate as necessary to drive improvements to maintenance activities or immediate corrective actions to electrical systems. Develop and improve installation, commissioning, and inspection processes, including audit practices, related to electrical systems. Provide 24x7 support to network emergency electrical needs.
