Position Mission
The Buyer plays a pivotal role in supporting the Purchasing team by procuring a wide array of commodities, materials, and services for the Company. This involves managing needs expressed via RDA in the MRP tool, requesting and negotiating offers, issuing purchase orders, and securing order confirmation. Key Responsibilities:
* Supplier selection through market analysis using technical specifications and/or distributors.
* Quotes analysis and consolidation to establish a supplier panel.
* Issuing purchase orders in the system and monitoring supplier quality performance.
* Coordination with the logistic planner and continuous communication with suppliers.
* Maintenance of documentation generated and compliance with quality and environment standards procedures and instructions.
Technical Skills, Qualifications and Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the same role is required.
* Fluency in English is essential.
