Account Executive ItalyWe are looking for a passionate and motivated Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling IT solutions, preferably in the e-commerce sector. The AE will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with both existing and potential clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. We are seeking a highly proactive and driven person who can effectively manage the entire sales cycle.Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients
- Manage the entire sales process, including business meetings, proposal presentations, negotiations, and post-sales follow-up
- Build and sustain solid relationships with existing clients, acting as the main point of contact and promoting up-selling opportunities
- Collaborate with the customer success and customer care teams to ensure the effective implementation of solutions and resolve any issues
- Achieve assigned sales targets
- Keep CRM information consistently updatedRequirements:- At least 3 years of proven experience in selling IT solutions, preferably in SaaS companies
- Excellent communication skills with a strong aptitude for interpersonal relationships
- Proficiency in English (ability to work with international clients)
- Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to independently achieve sales targets
- Deep understanding of the IT solutions sales cycle
- Knowledge of leading CRM software for sales management (Salesforce, HubSpot)
