The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent corporate financial strategy through a range of avenues such as managing and allocating accounts, financial statements, and tax data. The candidate will also be the point of contact for banks, auditors, and tax authorities.
Responsibilities
* Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
* Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to support strategic business decisions.
* Payment Processing : Process payments to vendors and suppliers.
* Cost Management: Monitor and control manufacturing costs, analyze variances, and advise team on cost-saving opportunities to improve profitability.
* KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators to provide actionable insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
* Internal Controls: Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
* Audit Coordination: Coordinate and support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
* System Development: Oversee the development and utilization of financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 5+ years experience in the area
* Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role in a manufacturing environment, preferably in injection molding.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
* Communication Skills: Fluent in Italian and Intermediate English in both verbal and written communication.
