Your Role: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be a point of reference for our customers, guiding them through the purchasing process of our products and providing them with the necessary support.
You will ensure that customers are perfectly satisfied and aware of all our products.
Requirements:
* Mother tongue knowledge of Italian
* Professional knowledge of Spanish and English
* Familiarity with digital tools and technologies such as CRM software
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
