For our Italian Branch located in Caponago (MB), we are seeking a committed and proactive:
Manager Global KAM
In collaboration with the Sales department, the candidate will assume prime responsibility to lead the Key Account Management "KAM 360°" initiative of the Systems Division.
Main tasks for the position will include:
* Own KAM 360° process and list of global Key Accounts.
* Guide and support Key Account Managers in their role.
* Coach the global Sales team on KAM process and management of KA at regional level.
* Challenge the Key Account Managers on the definition and implementation of a medium- to long-term strategy as well as yearly objectives for their respective Key Accounts.
* Prepare, update and distribute procedures and templates.
* Ensure quarterly reports are prepared and distributed.
* Ensure KPIs are set and tracked for each Key Account.
* Supervise customer satisfaction survey / VoC process with Key Accounts.
* Drive initiatives to maintain and grow the Key Accounts satisfaction level.
* Lead the SYST Key Account Managers community through regular 1:1 and team meetings.
* Align with Service division through regular exchange with SERV Global Key Account Manager.
* Create visibility of KAM 360° throughout the company and encourage contribution of other departments to the defined KA strategies.
* Propose Key Accounts list update to VP Sales when necessary, with rationale, proposed Key Account Manager and Executive Sponsor names.
* Extend the existing global KAM 360° initiative with a new concept for regional Key Accounts.
* Act as a Key Account Manager for one or several Key Accounts.
Candidate Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
* 10+ years experience as a Sales Manager for similar products and/or applications.
* Direct Sales Management of large accounts.
* Functional team management experience.
