Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks across all engineering and construction phases. Oversee vendor and supplier quality assurance, including pre-qualification and third-party inspections. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, API, ASME, and Italian/EU construction regulations. Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs), root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project quality. Monitor welding, NDT, coating, hydrotesting, and installation standards. Liaise with regulatory bodies and certification agencies to ensure compliance. Provide quality reports, documentation, and final handover records for commissioning. Lead QA/QC training sessions, awareness programs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field). Extensive QA/QC experience in large-scale architecture & engineering (A&E) or oil & gas projects. Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, API, ASME, IEC, DNV, and Italian/EU regulatory standards. Experience in site inspections, vendor audits, and quality control processes. Proficiency in QA tools, root cause analysis, and risk management.
