Job DescriptionSalary: $2000 sign on bonusRole and ResponsibilitiesThe Project Coordinator position will be responsible for supporting and working with the Operations Manager, Service Manager, Project Managers, and Field Employees, as needed.Primary DutiesAll project coordination duties (POs, Submittals, Change Orders, RFIs, Closeout Documents, etc.) for all Project Managers assigned. Establish and maintain new projects in Procore for construction Projects.Manage calendars for site visits or meetings for project managers.Track progress on all open jobs and ensure deadlines are met for project managers.Send all job information to foreman as change orders or other information is processed.Coordinate tool/equipment rentals and warehouse requests/correspondence.Assist with ordering material, identifying material for Receiving Dept.Coordinate and maintain scheduling needs.Complete permit applications, payments, and all required paperwork necessary.Complete contract review and contract review checklist with assistance of the project manager. Requesting COI documents needed.Processing of change orders. Manage and maintain logs physical logs and Procore.Perform overtime work as required and requested by supervisor to meet company needs.Coordinate with General contractors, engineers/architects, utility companies, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors as needed.Perform other duties assigned by supervisor or project managers as needed.Be current and knowledgeable of projects and project managers files to assist other departments as needed.Maintain current filing systems both physical and electronic.Track all billing due dates, billing processes, and submission to the accounting department for processing.Qualifications and Education RequirementsStrong Computer Skills RequiredHigh School DiplomaValid Drivers LicenseAdministrative Experience$2000 sign on bonus-terms applySkillsExcellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)Quality Focus/Multitasking/Resource and Time ManagementAbility to use basic Microsoft programs and E-mailAbility to speak/translate (English to Spanish predominantly)Work EnvironmentThis job operates in an office setting. The standard workweek is Monday-Friday, 40 hours a week and with overtime as needed. Must be available to work off-hours in case of emergencies and during holidays and weekends for shutdowns, if needed. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Individuals must be familiar with Microsoft Office programs and be willing to learn new software programs.Physical DemandsThis is largely a sedentary role. However, some filing is required.
